We are expanding our team and seeking a creative and ambitious Marketing Executive to join us in either Exeter or Bristol, UK, with a hybrid working arrangement. This role is perfect for someone eager to make a significant impact on our brand's growth while also contributing to the expansion of our Loopin Creator sub-brand.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Job Overview:
As a Marketing Executive at Loopin, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our brand and expanding our market presence, with a particular focus on Loopin Creator. You will directly for the Chief Operating Officer, and be part of our small, but growing commercial team. You will manage our website, including monitoring performance metrics and data, ensuring that our digital presence aligns with our strategic objectives. This role offers a blend of hands-on campaign management and strategic input, ideal for someone eager to take the next step in their marketing career in the tech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy Support: Assist in developing marketing strategies, contributing to campaign concepts, target audience segmentation, and messaging.
Multi-Channel Campaign Management: Take ownership of specific marketing campaigns, managing them across multiple channels (social media, email, digital ads) and ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
Website Management: Oversee the management of Loopin’s website, including updating content, optimising for SEO, and analysing performance metrics and user data to ensure it effectively supports our marketing goals.
Content Creation: Develop compelling content across various platforms, including blog posts, social media, newsletters, and sales materials, to effectively communicate the value of Loopin’s offerings, particularly Loopin Creator. This will also include managing and growing the CEO and Co-founder’s social platforms.
Budget Management: Work within the allocated budget for campaigns, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective marketing initiatives.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, providing insights to refine marketing strategies.
Partnerships & Collaboration: Identify and liaise with potential partners, influencers, or industry leaders to amplify Loopin’s brand and reach through collaborations.
Event Support: Assist in the coordination and promotion of events, webinars, and conferences to showcase Loopin’s innovations and connect with potential clients.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports on KPIs and suggesting improvements for future initiatives.
Customer Journey Mapping: Contribute to the development of customer personas and journey mapping to optimise marketing efforts and improve customer engagement.
Innovation & Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices, proposing new ideas and methods to improve Loopin’s marketing efforts.
Specific Requirements:
Experience: Early experience in marketing or a related role is preferred, but we’re primarily looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow in a marketing career.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for storytelling and audience engagement.
Creativity: A creative thinker with a passion for crafting compelling content and finding innovative ways to connect with target audiences.
Tech-Savvy: Ability to quickly learn about Loopin’s products and services, and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
Collaboration: Willingness to work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless communication and a shared goal of growth.
Digital Tools: Familiarity with marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Linked In, Appollo) and all main social media platforms.
