Loopin has advanced a lot since our early days. From initial sketches on Excalidraw, to a complete employee care solution that is used by hundreds of people-first companies around the world.

With a feature set including check-ins, 1-2-1s, trends, resources, reactions, and personal insights, Loopin keeps teams connected and takes care of employee wellbeing for companies of all sizes.

Firstly, we want to thank you for being on this incredible journey with us. We’re really proud of the product we’ve built and we’re so grateful to all of our early stage customers. You’ve given us such valuable feedback which has helped build Loopin to the product it is today. 🙏

Having seriously listened to your feedback, we know what we need to build next and we're excited to deliver it to you! We're doubling the size of our development team and launching a public roadmap. This will show you all of the exciting features that are just around the corner. It's coming soon, but here's a sneak peak for Q4 2022:

  • Bringing more of the Loopin dashboard into Slack, your Loopin home tab is about to become a lot more exciting!
  • Notifications to ensure that you never miss that reply to your check in, or lose your streak because you forgot to log your mood.
  • More trends and recommendations - sent straight to team leaders via Slack.
  • 1-to-1s Version 2.0. Coming really soon, we're adding more information and even templates to 1-to-1s. Templates range from your first 1-to-1, managing stress, to goal setting and many more.

To reflect the additional value from our new and upcoming features, and to ensure that we can continue to invest in people and innovation, we’re announcing a slight change to our pricing.

Here’s what you need to know

We'd love to keep you on this journey with us, but don't worry, it's not going to break the bank. From 1st October 2022, Loopin will no longer offer the first 30 licences free of charge. Instead, we will offer 30 free days for any company size. After that, the cost for each user remains the same, at £4 per month. This means that you can still trial Loopin and see if it’s a good fit for your team, before requiring any budget approvals.

The good news is that, being one of Loopin's 'Early Adopter' customers, you’ll lock in a legacy discount. You’ll get Loopin for a reduced price of £2.80 per user per month (a 30% lifetime discount!).

Your feedback has been so valuable to us up until now, and we’d love to keep you on board with us. So, you’ll also have additional opportunities to steer the ship when it comes to new features, updates, and collaborations.

Existing customer FAQs

So, what do I need to do?

Today, nothing. Starting from 1st October 2022, you will be required to enter credit card details to continue using your Loopin account. You’ll get a notification through the Loopin dashboard and we’ll also be in touch via email in the lead up to the change.

When is my first billing date?

From 1st October 2022, entering your credit card details will enable a further 30 day free trial. Your first billing date will be 1st November 2022.

Can I cancel after entering my card details and before billing?

Of course! If you cancel before 1st November 2022, you will not be billed.

New customer FAQs

Am I eligible for legacy discount?

Anybody who creates a Loopin account before 31st October 2022 will be signed up to our legacy pricing plan and will receive a 30% lifetime discount.
